Stitch Meditation Practice offers a calming and mindful experience through the meditative art of simple hand stitching. As a certified Stitch Meditation Facilitator, I guide participants in using a basic running stitch on small pieces of fabric to quiet the mind and focus on the breath. This 20-minute practice emphasizes letting go, noticing, accepting, and cultivating non-judgment, creating a space to simply "be." The intention is not to create a finished product but to embrace the process, allowing the rhythmic act of stitching to bring relaxation and presence.
