Pay What You Can Yoga Sessions & Groups
Accessible Yoga means more to me than modifications. I know you can scan YouTube and find tons of yoga videos to engage in your practice. What makes my sessions different? The inclusion of expressive arts in yoga, accessibility for large bodies, the combination of yoga and mental health education, and that I offer donation based, pay what you can, yoga access. This means you don’t have to pay a required fee. That’s right. If you are able to donate 5.00 a session or even a month, I encourage that to help us keep these options running, but if you cannot afford anything, then that’s ok too. The same works for those who have financially able and willing to donate 20 dollars or more a month or even per session. You decide the value and what you can contribute. The biggest contribution can also be living out loud. World of mounth so more individuals can benefit from these sessions.
High - "I can pay $20."
Mid - "I can pay $10."
Low - "I can pay $5. "
You are absolutely welcome in class if you are financially limited and unable to make any payment. In that case, I ask you to "pay it forward" to your community, in non-monetary ways.
For online group sessions, it works the same way. Pay what you can and/or pay it forward.
